Movement as medicine

My yoga practice is rooted in the belief that healing is a return home to the truth of our true selves. I am a certified 200-hour RYT instructor, offering private and group classes that center presence, embodiment, and self-awareness. I teach hatha, vinyasa, power flow yoga, as well as breathwork and meditation as tools for regulation, reflection, and reconnection.

I care deeply about making wellness accessible—especially for those who have been historically excluded. Through community classes, private sessions, and intentional offerings, my goal is to create spaces where people can soften, listen inward, and feel safe in their bodies.
