Hi, I’m Ifé. I’m a scientist, yoga teacher, and writer, born and raised in Los Angeles.
As the daughter of a Nigerian father, and white American mother, I've often found myself in the space in between worlds. I've always been drawn to big questions—about the body, about spirit, about the spaces in between.
I went on to earn my PhD in Pharmacology, where I studied chromatin biology and how shifts in the epigenetic landscape shape the way our cells behave. The deeper thread in all my work, however, has always been healing. Not just at the molecular level, but in community. Today, I live and work at the intersection of science and spirituality. I teach yoga, breathwork, and meditation with the same care and clarity I bring to my scientific work and mentorship.
My passion is community wellness; creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether I’m in a classroom, a yoga studio, or anywhere in between, my intention is the same: to make complex things feel clear, and to remind people that they already hold everything they need to heal.
